The continuous improvement of processes is central to any learning organisation, in order for it to constantly keep up with prevailing standards and to further improve upon them.

With our active process management, we have all the
necessary standards and are a qualifi ed and globally recognised partner to the pharmaceutical industry.

Workfl ows and processes, GMP organisation and all safety and environmental aspects are certifi ed to the latest guidelines.

The GMP conformity of our processes is permanently counter-checked through customer and supplier audits. An internal training system is in place and regular self-assessments are carried out according to EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management). All facilities are ISO 9001:2000 certifi ed. ISO 14001:2004 and BRC/IoP certificates are also available. Our certification to ISO 15378:2006 has set new international standards for GMP guidelines.
