PERLALUX®-Liquid

PERLALUX®-Liquid – our specialised, thermo-formable laminate film for the packaging of liquid and paste-like pharmaceutical products.

One possible composition consists of a PERLALUX®-Mono substrate for excellent thermo-formability, a PVdC barrier coating for moisture barrier and a special PE film for perfect sealing. Usually the base PVC film contains an integrated light barrier, which provides UV protection according to USP 24.     

Within the PERLALUX®-Liquid product group, different structures with a variety of barrier layers are available, depending on the finished product requirements. Our production is GMP conform with certified manufacturing processes and validated testing methods.
