History of Perlen Packaging
2020
Perlen Packaging increases its majority shareholding in Perlen Packaging Anápolis Indústria e Comércio Ltda. (formerly Sekoya Indústria e Comércio Ltda. of Brazil) to 100% at the end of 2020.
2018
Perlen Packaging is to acquire a 60% majority shareholding in Sekoya Indústria e Comércio Ltda. of Brazil, with retroactive effect from 1 January 2018.

Perlen Converting AG receives the innovation award of the Central Swiss Chamber of Commerce for the new development of the antimicrobial film PERLAZID®

Automation of the packaging and modernization of the integrated camera systems at the slitting machines. Further investments are being made in the expansion of the coating plant at the Perlen site.

Perlen Converting AG takes over ac-Folien GmbH in Müllheim (DE). In the same year, the site is certified ISO 15378 GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
