Perlen Packaging to acquire LOG Pharma

Perlen Packaging is to acquire the LOG Pharma company with its production sites in Israel and Hungary. LOG Pharma manufactures packaging solutions with high barrier properties against oxygen and water vapour to ensure the safe and secure packaging of both solid and liquid pharmaceutical and medicinal products. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.

The acquisition adds the complementary primary pharmaceutical packagings of bottles and containers to the Perlen Packaging product range.
